Saxon + Parole

Award-winning AvroKO Hospitality Group (AHG) is a new york city-headquartered hospitality group, comprised of Michelin-starred PUBLIC restaurant, The Daily, Saxon + Parole, and Madam Geneva.  Brad Farmerie, award-winning chef and author, oversees the culinary direction for the group.  Partner Dan Rafalin conducts all group operations and management and William Harris, Adam Farmerie, Kristina O’Neal and Greg Bradshaw make up the sole partners in AvroKO Design, LLC.

The AHG restaurants are among AvroKO’s ‘self-propelled’ projects. The NYC design and concept firm has a growing portfolio of critically hailed architecture work, including restaurants, bars, hotels, and residential projects located all over America, Asia, and beyond.  AvroKO’s ambitious spirit of adventure and entrepreneurial curiosity also inspires the partners to pursue their own projects, the first of which was PUBLIC, a restaurant wholly conceived, designed, owned and operated by the company.

Partner Dan Rafalin has been immersed in the culinary world from the beginning of his career when he received a “grand diplome” in culinary arts from the French Culinary Institute. He holds a master of arts degree in food management from New York University and worked as the financial and business analyst for the Clark Wolf company, a New York-based food, restaurant and hospitality consulting firm before joining forces with AvroKO to form AvroKO Hospitality Group.
